For the first time in Grupo Anderson’s we have the first edition of the ‘Festival del Chile’ in which we celebrate the variety and richness of chili peppers in Mexican cuisine where CAO will be present throughout the month of March.
Chili is one of the most important ingredients in Mexican cuisine and in many other cuisines around the world. It has become an indispensable element in many recipes, sauces, dishes, cocktails and desserts.
At CAO we fuse the flavors and culinary traditions of Mexico into a unique experience. For this ‘Festival del Chile’l, we have added a selection of a dish, dessert and two cocktails that become a tribute to the diversity of chiles that exist in Mexico.

As seasonal cocktails, this time we have a collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre and Mixta, offering two exclusive recipes honoring this Mexican ingredient.
To accompany this delicious dish, we present our sweet and special Berry Spicy drink with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre®, made with raspberry syrup, cilantro, serrano chile, rosemary and worm salt.
