About our wines: Árbol Torcido
Continuing with the tour of the wines that are part of Cava Anderson’s, now it is the turn of the most enigmatic of all our own wines. Árbol Torcido is added as our most varied label, as it is made with modern techniques but applying traditional processes, resulting in a fresh wine in the mouth and with a perfect acidity.
This range of wines are produced at the Relieve winery, located in Baja California; a winemaking house surrounded by silent mountains and a captivating sea. All the wines produced there are the result of the understanding that Baja California wine was part of the history of a land full of contrasts and interesting reliefs, thus giving rise to a series of eclectic wines full of flavor.
Árbol Torcido Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 is a purple-red wine, intense in aroma, representing the freshness of forest fruits, as well as spicy aromas such as mint and currant. It is medium-low in body, stored in French oak barrels. We recommend this wine with the delicious Tiradito de Hamachi from CAO de Tierra y de Mar; the freshness of the hamachi, the acidity of the pineapple and the citric notes of the red onion make a perfect complementary pairing.
On the other hand, and it would seem that from the other extreme, we have a completely different label. Such is the case of Árbol Torcido Chardonnay, a wine with a bright golden hue and a floral and fruity aroma. In the mouth it has good acidity and a pleasant aftertaste. If you are a fan of the delicious San Luisito lobster tacos, this wine pairs perfectly with the citrus of the pineapple and the smokiness of the shrimp.
Pair your experience at the best restaurant in Puerto Cancun with Árbol Torcido and discover why we can proudly say that we have some of the best Mexican wines.
